at the Small Hall of the D.D.Shostakovich Saint-Petersburg Academic Philharmonia
Master classes, seminars and lectures will take place on Juny 22 - 27, 2019 at the House of Composers (10:00 - 16:00).
Daily concerts of participants, teachers of the festival and guest artists in the House of Composers and Isaac Brodsky Apartment Museum (16:00, 18:00).

The closing ceremony, award ceremony (12:00 - 13:00) and gala concert (14:00 - 17:00) will be on June 28, 2019 at the White Hall of the Marble Palace in St. Petersburg.
